I know that the Elanra can play a major part in keeping you and
your family healthy and safe at home, in the office, car, aeroplane
or wherever. That's why I want to remove all risk and clear the
way for you to become an Elanra owner.
If we could sell these products for £20, I am sure you would just
give it a go and not be too worried if it didn't work. But simple

but I understand that you may still be thinking, 'its a lot of

Before reading about the Elanra you may not have given much thought
to the part that negative or oxygen ions have to play in your health.
You may want to give more thought to the subject before buying an
Elanra and there's nothing wrong with that.
However, I am going to take all the worry out of it for you,

*Promise 1:
If you do not believe that you have purchased the finest Therapeutic
Ioniser in the world or if for any reason you are not completely
satisfied with your Elanra, you may return it to us within 60
days for a full refund, no questions asked. All we ask is that
you return it as new in the original packaging.#
*Promise 2:
The vast majority of Elanra users would not be parted from their
Elanra for "love nor money". In the past we have even had owners
return a unit, only to call a week later pleading with us to return
their unit to them. They simply had not realised how much they were
benefiting until they stopped using the Elanra. So, we can confidently
make you the following promise. If after 12 months and before
thirteen months, you feel that you have not received a therapeutic
benefit, you can return the Elanra to us for a 50% refund of your
purchase price.
Promise 3:
The Elanra products are manufactured from the finest available components.
They are assembled by hand and rigorously tested before they ever
leave the factory. If anything goes wrong during the first 12 months
of your ownership we guarantee to repair or replace your Elanra
free of charge.
Additional Promise to Elanra Portable Users:
When you use the Elanra Portable in-flight, you will be enveloped
in your own bubble of pure bacteria free air. If you contract
an airborne infection whilst using the Elanra Portable on an aircraft,
at any time during your first year of ownership, you may return
the Elanra for a full refund.

* With regard to "Promises" 1 and 2; please contact your distributor
prior to returning the goods. They can recommend changes to the
settings, which may result in an improvement in performance. In
most cases a simple change to a more appropriate setting makes all
the difference. It is also worth noting that although many people
notice an immediate health benefit from using an Elanra, with others
it can take time. So relax, be patient and give the Elanra the best
chance possible of improving your health.
# Goods must be returned by Royal Mail "Signed For" post at the
customers' expense. If you have returned the goods under the terms
of "Promise 3", carriage will be refunded.
Other than products returned under the terms of "Promise 3", a
nominal handling fee of £25.00 will be charged on all returns.
If goods are returned in an unsatisfactory condition, we reserve
the right to refuse the refund. Needle purchases will not be
refunded.
